Solar91 Cleantech, one of the leading EPC solar energy solutions providers to commercial and industrial clients, plans to raise ₹106 crore through an initial public offering, resulting in the shares being listed on the BSE SME platform.
The IPO opens for subscription on Tuesday and closes on Friday.
The company will issue 54.36 lakh equity shares in a price band of ₹185-195 a share.
The net proceeds from the IPO will be used for investing in its subsidiary to set up solar plants as an Independent Power Producer, meeting working capital requirements, and covering general corporate purposes.
Narnolia Financial Services will be the book running lead manager and Maashitla Securities will be the registrar.
