Asian Paints touched a day high of Rs 3,109 today.

Shares of Asian Paints surged more than 3 per cent on Tuesday ahead of the fourth quarter (Q4) results for the financial year 2021-22 (FY22) later in the day. The stock touched a day high of Rs 3,109 on the BSE index, climbing 3.30 per cent in early trade.
As of 12:29 pm, Asian Paints was up 2.12 per cent to Rs 3,073.50 on the BSE platform.
On NSE, the stock was trading 2.27 per cent higher at Rs 3,073.50.
Analysts expected that the company, the largest paints manufacturer in the country, would post a profit in the March quarter, driven by gains in market share and price hikes over the past few months.
Asian Paints – the multinational paints company — and its subsidiaries have operations in 15 countries across the world, with 26 paint manufacturing facilities, providing services to consumers in more than 60 countries.
