Autodesk reports in-line Q1, guidance misses estimates

Autodesk (NASDAQ:) reported its , with EPS coming in at $1.55 on revenues of $1.27 billion (up 8% year-over-year), both in line with the Street estimates. Total billings grew 4% to $1.172B.

“Autodesk started the year strongly with rising renewal rates, robust free cash flow generation, and revenue toward the top end of our guidance range when adjusted for upfront revenue co-termed to later in the year,” said CFO Debbie Clifford.

For Q2/24, the company expects EPS in the range of $1.70-$1.74, worse than the consensus of $1.78, and revenue of $1.315-1.325B, compared to the consensus of $1.33B.

For the full year, the company expects EPS of $7.07-$7.41, compared to the consensus of $7.23, and revenue of $5.355-5.455B, compared to the consensus estimate of $5.41B.
