Northern Coalfields Ltd (NCL) additionally sent the most noteworthy ever, 38 coal rakes of Indian Railway to heartland coal customers of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Gujarat, Delhi, and different states satisfying the energy necessities of the country in this pandemic time.

NCL dispatches its larger part of coal through eco-accommodating modes like Indian Railway Rakes, carousel (MGR), and belt pipe transport.

In FY’21, NCL dispatched more than 87% of its coal through these methods of transportation. In a supportive of natural advance, 24% decrease in coal transportation from the street was found in the last monetary.

Keeping up the speed with the developing interest for energy, NCL has dispatched 46.19 MT of coal till date with Y-o-Y development of 17% in 2021-22. The organization has been depended with 119 MT of coal creation and 126.5 MT of coal dispatch in this monetary.

In a stage towards ‘AtmaNirbhar Bharat’, the organization is additionally providing coal as import replacement to Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, and other state’s coal buyers.
