European market slightly lower as debt ceiling talks continue

In the bond market, the yield on US 10-year Treasuries was up three basis point at 3.75%.

Germany’s 10-year yield was up two than one basis points to 2.47%.

Britain’s 10-year yield was up nine basis points to 4.30%.
