The Paras Defense and Space Technologies IPO has been signed more than 220 times to date on the last day of the tender due to high interest from non-institutional investors (NII). On the primary market, Paras Defense shares were trading at a premium of Rs 255 over the IPO price of Rs 175, according to people traded on unlisted shares of the company.
So far, Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) have bid 36 times their share on the third day. Non-institutional investors (NII) have bid 750 times and retail investors have subscribed to the IPO 97 times. So far, private investors have bid for 34.85 million rupee shares, for which 35.85 lakh has been set aside. Non-institutional investors have submitted offers for 115.18 million euros in shares, for which 15.36 lakh is reserved.
