Must read

The All India Spices Exporters Forum (AISEF) is organising International Spice Conference (ISC) 2025 in Bengaluru from February 24 to 27 at The Leela Bhartiya City.

As the global spices industry faces growing challenges, ranging from food safety concerns to misinformation on social media, the conference aims to lead the conversation on building a resilient and responsible future for the sector.

Equip stakeholders

Under the theme “Building Trust Beyond Borders: Transparency, Sustainability, Confidence,” the conference aims to equip stakeholders with the insights and tools necessary to inspire trust across every link in the value chain. “Confidence, transparency, and sustainability are the cornerstones of a thriving spice industry. ISC 2025 is committed to addressing these crucial areas, ensuring that stakeholders can adapt to changing consumer expectations while fostering trust and responsibility across the supply chain,” said Emmanuel Nambusseril, Chairman of AISEF, in a statement.

Krishna M Ella, Executive Chairman, Bharat Biotech International Limited, will inaugurate the conference on February 24 and deliver an address on “India: A dynamic force for global growth and innovation– your gateway to opportunity”. Lifetime Achievement Award for contributions to the global spices industry will also be presented during the inaugural session.

Round-table discussion

A pre-conference session will address “Myth vs reality in the global spice trade” and will feature a panel of industry experts engaging in a round-table discussion to clarify common misconceptions in the spice trade. Over the course of four days, ISC 2025 will host a series of keynote addresses and panel discussions.

Tanveer S Uberoi, Director, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions India, will deliver the keynote address on ‘Leveraging AI for market insights and improved productivity’ on February 25.
