Veranda Learning Solutions’ subsidiary Veranda XL has entered into a partnership with SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST) to provide on-campus Chartered Accountancy coaching through JK Shah Classes (JKSC), the companies announced today.
The shares of Veranda Learning Solutions Limited were trading at ₹250.49 down by ₹2.40 or 0.95 per cent on the NSE today at 11.45 am.
The collaboration will deliver comprehensive CA coaching at SRM IST’s Kattankulathur campus in Tamil Nadu, covering all levels of the CA curriculum. Students will have access to JKSC’s faculty and teaching methods, which have produced over 1,800 CA rankers since 2001.

JK Shah Classes, which trains more than 70,000 students annually, will bring its four-decade expertise to SRM’s academic environment. The program aims to prepare students for careers in accounting, auditing, and finance.
Dr. A. Duraisamy, Dean of Science and Humanities at SRMIST, called the partnership a “game-changer” for aspiring Chartered Accountants. JK Shah Classes’ COO Vishal Shah emphasized the company’s commitment to developing accounting professionals through their proven teaching methodologies.
Veranda Learning Solutions, established in 2018 by the Kalpathi AGS Group, has expanded its presence across various educational sectors including schools, colleges, test preparation, and software upskilling.
